Welcome back everyone. We've been working on quite a few things for a while now and one of them is the new theme you are currently seeing. The Bright Forest Theme is a new theme that was not made based off past themes, but instead it's a SMF 2.0 theme that we hope got rid of some of the major problems from our outdated Legacy themes. This will be the only theme available right now, but if the demand is great enough, we can start working on getting some of the older themes back, this time based off of Bright Forest. Some of the major changes in the theme:
Another major update to the Forum is Achievements. After over three years of posting, MPLF is ready to give back to it's members. Through earning an assortment of acheievements, members can earn points that can be used as currency in our Shop, where members can buy games. The Store
If you haven't noticed already, Social Media buttons have been added to your Profiles, as well as your post profile. These include Facebook, Steam, Tumblr, and many others, as well as old favorites like YIM and AIM. Make sure to add your info at Profile > Forum Profile.
Other things to note. The shoutbox, chat, and SA Chat have all been customized to fit the theme. Custom sounds have also been added so expect to hear some Paper Mario and Zelda.
And I'm sure there are a bunch of other things we have added that I just can't remember right now. Also, if you are having trouble reading profile comments, hold in there because we are looking into it.
