The Time Has Come

For the month of July and August, I will be determined to lose weight (Oh God...) I'm going to keep a log here of the following:
  • When I wake up
  • When I eat
  • What I eat
  • Exercise Routine
  • Time I go to sleep
  • Snacks
I feel like keeping a log here will help me :D. So you may take a gander of my journey. Good Luck to me because I'm going to visit hell!
