I played 10 hours on Fallout 3. I don't really remember if I topped that, but that was the last time I recall doing at least 10 hours of straight gaming.

I played The Sims 3 for 15 hours before.
Super mario galxey 2 for 7 hours.
I can only recall two such occassions where I completely wasted a day playing a single game. I started a new file for Kingdom Hearts II and ended up playing it for around 19 hours. I got to the third visiting of Twilight Town, where you're about to enter The World That Never Was. Most of the time was spent leveling up my forms, leveling up Summons, intense level grinding (I got Roxas to about Level 18 before merging with Sora), getting 100% on ALL Gummi routes, and completing the side-worlds Hundred Acre Wood and Atlantica. I felt like my brain was gonna explode so I stopped at like 10 at night lol. Another extreme play day was 17 hours of Final Fantasy VIII. I only got to the second dream sequence with Laguna, mostly due to intense level grinding and getting the Siren, Atomos, and Doomtrain GFs.

I got all 96 regular Shine Sprites in like 3 hours, dude. Lol. The Blue Coin hunt took me around an hour and a half. Not that hard. 
Like 12 hours on Soul Caliber 3's story mode. The one with your created characters. I remember I had made Sailor Moon my main character.
One recent thing for me is that I played Pikmin for at least 8 hours straight. First time playing and I fell in love with the game so I pretty much played it till I beat it.

Let's not forget I must have lost a ton of concentration at that point and I was young back then, so I wasn't as experienced(if you consider 10-12 years YOUNG).
If I tried collecting as much Shine Sprites as I could in 3 hours, I could prolly get around that much now...
Mario Kart Wii for 16 hours. I just got it, proceeded to unlock Toadette and then used her to unlock everything else on the same day and play with my friends.
I've done a few 5-6 hour cod sessions with mates, I know I've completed Crash Bandicoot 2 in a single sitting a couple of times, but it's not a very long game.
I wished CB kept track of times. I think I beat CB2 in like an hour and a half or so, but I wish I knew the exact time.
Pokemon XD Gale of Darkness, did it all in one sixteen hour sitting, to a 100%
13 hour Luigi Mansion. It was my first 100% of that game.
Super Mario Sunshine for three straight hours, no breaks. Later had to turn it off.

I recently topped 16 hours of Pokemon XD with 27 hours of continuous minecraft 360 building a bunch of piston junk.
I played Super Smash Bros. Melee from morning to night lots of time when I was 8 (mainly in summer). I started around 7 PM, and stopped around 8 because me and my family usually watch TV together then.
