^ Basically my opinion. It was like my childhood was defecated on, raped, and left for dead in a friggen alley by one of the worst directors in recent memory. Anyone else seen it?

I loved the series and I was excited for the movie but with the reviews its been getting... I will watch and when its out on DVD. but until then I can read about how M Night really screwed this one up.

The cartoon "Avatar: The Last Airbender" was full of epicsauce. The movie adaptatiom is full of epic fail. =P

I ain't trashing it because it was made by Shyamalan let alone it's an adaptation of Avatar. I'm trashing it because, in general, it's really bad. The only good things about it were the music (and the effects, though they were okay). Other than that, this movie is a f***ing joke. As bad as Battlefield Earth, expect Battlefield Earth is hilariously bad. The Last Airbender is so bland and god-awful that you can't even riff it.
