Quick review, the teams were sent on a task to be either first or second to get to Matter Splatter Galaxy, Dry Bones came back to the competition, and the Red and Green teams are working together to succeed. I wonder what happens next...

Yoshi: Nope, it looks like we're headed for Dreadnought.
Luigi: How do you know that?
Yoshi: It's too militaristic for a place like Matter Splatter.
Bob-omb: That's a BOMB big BOMB word.
DK: Let's get ready...

Luigi: Daisy wait up! Its too dangerous here to be running off.

Mario: It looks safe enough...

So as Red and Orange take the easy way to the Launch Star; Blue takes the easier way.

They Launch to Topmaniac's Saucer

Yoshi: I think there's a Launch Star on the top of this disk.
Daisy: Even better there's the Blue Team on the bottom of it!
Luigi: Run for it!

Green and Blue launch to Matter Splatter. Speaking of Matter Splatter... let's go there.
Bowser: What! the Red and Orange team already got here?
MS: Yep, thanks to Topmaniac. Speaking of him, hey Topmaniac!
Topmaniac: Yeah?
MS: Wanna play for $250,000 with the rest of these guys?
Topmaniac: Alright sounds fun.
MS: OK! You go on the Red Team. Blue and Green must get rid of someone from their team.
That night on Matter Splatter...
Tumble: Don't worry this platform is guaranteed not to fall into the cosmic ether.
Bowser: That's fortunate.
Tumble: OK... Green Team votes first.

Phew... this chapter's finally got an ending. The Red Team now has 4 people on it, so they're the strongest when it comes to contestant power. Now how will the other teams other contend with that? It might be worth considering that I want to know what you think about the story. The feedback will tell me how I should go on with the story.

MS: This'll work just like Freezeflame's competition; the team with the most points keeps all their team members. Tumble, if you'll be so kind as to explain the events?
Tumble: OK! Follow me!
The 3 teams are lead to the 200M vanish course.
Tumble: Its like a 200 meter dash, but the ground you step on disappears regularly. We'll pick 1 person from each team to go.

Tumble: I said WE'LL pick the contestant. By WE I mean the Millennium Star and Myself!

Wow what an ending! This means there are only 8 people left! Who will win? Who will lose? Who's the mysterious voice Mario and Daisy heard? I have absolutely no idea! You need to tune in next time to find out!

DK: Come on Mario eat! You loved eating back in 89'!

Topmaniac: Oh look here comes the host!
Luigi: Hi guys! I'm back!
MS: I felt it was right.
Bob-omb: It's the BOMB only right feeling BOMB you'll have today no BOMB doubt.
MS: Correct. Say good-bye to your team-mates everyone, its everyman for him or herself from this point on.
Bowser: At least I don't have to deal with these two anymore.
MS: That's the spirit! Now get ready to head out for Flip-Swap Galaxy once breakfast is over.

MS: Alright let's give you the first real challenge of the show. You must get to the very end of Matter Spatter Galaxy to reach the Grand Launch Star. A Launch Star fused with Grand Star power so it will break through Time-Space and send you to Spin-Dig. Look for the Launch Star inside a planetoid. That will take you to Fluffy Bluff galaxy. On the tallest tree there is a Launch Star to take you to Flip-Swap. The top 7 people to finish are safe and will decide who goes home. Now go!
The final 9 contestants take off. The path is not an easy one however.
Luigi: What a climb this is!
Yoshi: Hurry or we'll fall to our doom!
Daisy: We aren't working together anmore remember?
Luigi: I thought he was kidding about that.
Yoshi: It didn't seem like it.
Daisy: Hmm...
Yoshi: Think we might still be able to work together?
Luigi: We might but I don't think the Star will like it.
Yoshi: Let's just hurry before we all die!
On another part of the galaxy...
DK: How to proceed...
Peach: Looks like Mario knows what he's doing.
Mario jumps from platform to platform and is the first to make it to GLS.

Everyone's rushing to get to the GLS, except Bob-omb.

Tumble: Here's the last 8 contestants! Mario, Bob-omb, Topmaniac, Peach, Yoshi, Daisy, somehow Bowser's made it this far, and back from the dead, Luigi!
MS: Thank you Tumble. Today's challenge is all in Flip-Swap. 4 Challenges. The bottom 2 in each of the first 3 drop out. The final two compete in the final challenge for $5,000! And the best part is I'm not in the mood to get rid of any of you today!

Tumble: We're back! The first challenge is the Chomp Romp. The Chain Chomp falls onto the Swap platforms. It follows the path of the platforms until it falls off. There's 8 Chain Chomps. Each of them belong to one of you-

Tumble: Oh yeah, did I forget to mention the Spiny cannon we'd be shooting at you?
Yoshi: Yep. -gets a Spiny fired at him- Hm... -swallows and spits out at lever-

MS: 5 left!
Mario: Ughhhhhh. So tired.
Luigi: Don't give in bro!
Mario: Why? No ones going home remember!

MS: OK. Let's see who who won and who didn't.
Tumble: The first one that fell belonged to Mario! And the second one was Bob-omb's.

MS: Sit tight and I'll explain. The track you see in front of you is only partially filled in. Jumping and Spinning will cause the other half to fill in, and then the other half will dissappear. We keep playing until two of you fall. And Bowser. We've confiscating your flying machine for this event.
Bowser: -breaths fire at MS-
MS: -has burn marks on his 'Stache- Really, you had to do that.
Bowser: Yeah kinda.
MS: Alright, -tries shaking off the burn marks, but fails- let's give it a shot!
Yoshi: -knocks Bowser into Spike Ball form-
Bowser: Curse you Nintendo!
Luigi: -spins-
Bowser: No way! -rams Luigi off- You're next! -rams Yoshi off-
MS: Well... I guess that counts. Bowser, Topmaniac, Peach, and Daisy all of you are still in it.

Tumble: As you know by know, the panels flip and change color. And only half of this cube survives at a time. When two of you drop to your eventual doom after falling from the lowest tier of the cube, we'll play our last challenge.

Tumble: No you won't.
MS: Just do your job before I turn you back into set of dice.

Back inside the camp. Or whatever you want to call where they stayed the night.

A Launch Star appears and the 8 contestants rocket to Puzzle Plank.
Tumble: Now I think is the perfect time for a commercial.

Author's Note: This is the last episode this guy will make an appearance in since its starting to weird me out, so I'll just tell you his name: Dennis. I had no other good ideas for its name.

Tumble: We're going off to a new galaxy today! It's Tall Trunk, but first you need to go through Honeybloom.

Well... That was probably the shortest chapter in Great Galaxy Race history. I'll try to think of more ideas next time. Until them, I'm going to turn my brains to mush watching YouTube videos. See ya!

MS: Can you think of anything else to say to me once the chapter starts?
Tumble: Not really. Anyway here we go.
Luigi: So what's this challenge.
MS: Pretty simple this time. You're going down the slide. Best run wins advantage of this next galaxy hop towards Freezy Flake.
Luigi: Ok then.
MS: Mario's first. Just because I said so.
Mario: Here we gooooooooooooooooooo!
MS: He's started off fast... watch out for spikes!
Mario: What! Aiyyee!
MS: Ouch! Mario's time is DQ.
Luigi, Bob-omb, and Daisy also get DQ'd.

Yoshi: Woo hoo!
MS: He flutters over the first set of spikes. Wow he might make it!
Yoshi lands at the end of the slide.

MS: He's using that spike ball to use for a change. And he's running right over all the traps Tumble set up!

MS: Bowser you get to leave first with this map of Haunty Halls. You're goal there is to find the Launch Star that'll take you to Freezy Flake. There's just one little problem...
Mario: Oh no, what is it?
MS: You have to find the REAL Launch Star most of the other ones are Boos in disguise.
Luigi: Boos in disguise makes it so more challenging.
MS: Last one to arrive at Freezy Flake is going home. We won't be voting anymore since we're running out of people.
Bob-omb: Man.
MS: So Let's go!
Everyone takes off, so without any more hesitation... on Haunty Halls.
Bowser: This map is great! It only has one Launch Star on it! So it has to be real.
Mario: This hall keeps moving so much.
Yoshi: You expected less? Let's hurry.
Bowser Launches to Freezy Flake.
Luigi: Ahh! Boo!
Bob-omb: The place is full of them remember?
Daisy: That must be it.
Daisy Launches towards Freezy Flake.
Luigi: Hey Wait for us!
Mario and Yoshi spot the Launch Star first and launch to Freezy Flake, followed by Bob-omb and Luigi.
MS: Well you've finally made it.

MS: Actually I was talking to Bob-omb. Luigi you've been eliminated again. You land 0.12 seconds slower than Bob-omb.

Tumble: Well the fans have voted. Our last 2 contestants, who will go head to head in the most dangerous leg of the journey yet are... Yoshi and Bob-omb!

MS: Yes, people always root for the underdog. Everyone else is leaving us. The two of you rest up, you have a very long and perilous journey up ahead.

Wow what a great season 1! I keep talking like I'm making a season 2 don't I? Well the thing is I'm not entirely sure whether or not I am. But I'm thinking I might. But this isn't going to be for a long time. I'll tell you it was hard being impartial because a lot of my favorite Mario characters were in this story. Mario, Yoshi, Bowser, Waluigi. I gotta tell you though. This was a lot of fun! So I'd be glad to work on season 2 if you wanted me to.
