The Anything Thread

I live in South Carolina (in the US). So yeah.

Him being stationed anywhere would suck to begin with because he'd be out on a carrier a lot. But this just makes it so much worse because he'll be in Japan for 2 years and its not like I can just up and fly to Japan.

I can't even talk to him about it because I know I'll just fucking fall apart.
 
So a while ago, the computer I was using ran into problems that my father was trying to fix, but it won't. So now I'm using the laptop for a while being connected to the same monitor I'm using. It's a bit slow, though. My father is going to try get it fixed to someone he knows at work on Monday, hopefully it can get fixed as soon as possible.

Like Cook said, not often. I really don't know how it works, like how long he'd actually be on the carrier and how often he'd get leave. But regardless of that, it'd be too expensive for me to fly there more than like once a year.

The situation itself (him being in the navy & on a carrier) isn't ideal no matter where he's stationed, but at least if he was somewhere like San Diego or Virginia I could see him pretty often. Moving there would even be an option. Japan makes it way harder though because visiting is more expensive & I could never just live there on my own. The only way that could happen is if we were married, because the military would pay for it.

We haven't really talked about it yet though. Like when he found out we kinda talked about Japan very generally, but not about us & what's gonna happen. So I don't know.

Jesus, getting 800 is something I'll never pull off. It take a long time and somewhat boring. Plus, you have to do it in one go.
