You will lose your cap by the wind to Ukiki. Grab that Ukiki to get it back! But watch it, he's tricky!

Actually, you completely lose the cap when you get blown away. When you get out and return to the level, Ukiki somehow has it. Just watch out for the cloud when climbing the mountain after the long jump part next to the waterfall, under the bridge.

In the DS version, Yoshi is spared since he doesn't lose anything, not even his shoes. He doesn't even have a cap.

This is one thing I hate about this course- It took like 1 million years to find Mario's cap!

I don't know, it likes to trick you. Just get your hat back and ignore him forever.

Now that's dumb... why would I want to ignore the monkey? Especially in SM64 DS - where I just eat (Kind of) it with Yoshi!

That's one thing you can do, it can't steal anything. It's just for fun and laughs.

I never really had a problem with the cloud because I always get through before it blows me off.  XD
