I'm not sure about Stage Restrictions, since someone might hate a stage that someone else loves.
I would suggest sorting them into the typical three categories of Banned, Counterpick and ?Legal.
Possible Banned - 75m, New Pork City, Flat Zone 2, maybe even PKMN Stadium 2 (especially because of Electrc and Wind transformations), Mushroomy Kingdom (either form), Rumble Falls
I'll let you guys decide the others. I'm just here for suggestions.

If we go with legal/etc, then these will be the stages. I'm personally fine with doing all stages or tourney stages, so it's completely up to some people what they want to happen. I don't think we should ban any stages just cuz one or two people don't like it, so I think this is acceptable, unless as stated, we want to do all stages.
