Because 1.I already solidified my two canidates for the ultimate bid: DK's Jungle Adventure and Eternal Star, 2. I have absolutely no memories of losing a Star at Peach's Birthday Cake plus you have control of wether you visit Bowser or not(Most of the time), and 3. If you think about it, both Rainbow Castle and Tropical Island pretty much have the same Toad/Bowser system, except Rainbow Castle has a giant statue of the brothers' hats, Tropical Island doesn't.Vipsoccermaster said:

Mario's Rainbow Castle gets my vote. It was not that interesting in my opinion. I hate those Chance Time and ? spaces near the end too. I want Eternal Star and Peach's Birthday Cake to make the top 2.

Mario's Rainbow Castle is okay, but just to meet Bowser and lose 40 coins is painful. A waste of a run, hurting your chances of winning. Best to rely on Bonus Stars there.
