Super Mario Strikers

I've played it and loved it. Never played the sequel, and not sure I would want to either.

Usually when I play this after erasing or whatever, I usually set 15-minute matches to seriously boost up the Milestone scores. Has anyone ever tried this? I'm aware it might seem a waste of time, but still... >_>

My favorite field is probably the Palace field. It's pretty much basic with the grass. I mean, that's how soccer is usually played on.

Yeah, the cpu is a douche later on, it's players position themselves perfectly and do pretty much everything without any significant flaws.

But man, I have never played a soccer game more intense and hectic with dangerous and exciting moments, big bursts of laughter, the most amazing kicks, curves and scores than Mario Strikers on GameCube. This game is an effing blast and whenever I play this game with a friend of mine, hilarity is ensured, there is always a new way to score a goal and huge laughter takes place afterwards.

The Wii version wasn't that bad, it focused on presentation, like character specific themes, fields and overall feel of the game. I definetly get a feeling of a pumped up soccer game at The Vice for example and characterse got unique attributes too. It was good, just not GCN Mario Strikers good. But a good game, nevertheless.

Both games weren't really appealing to me.

As with all Mario sports games. But one difference is that Strikers didn't completely suck.
