Super Mario Maker

100/10 Mario Challenge looks awesome. Really hyped! The only thing that bums me is the daily unlocking system. Also I hope there's an option to turn off the custom sounds(I am not putting up will 5 year olds screaming).

also those confetti and fireworks things look out of place but other than that, I like it

Daily unlocking system is the only bummer, but I can see why it's done (they should have made the unlock time a lot sooner instead of daily imo but 9 days isn't going to kill me).

Really excited to see some of the levels created with the Musical Blocks and SFX blocks available!

...however am I the only one who gets the feeling there's going to be a disco party on 90% of the levels now...?

That just gave me an idea to make a level called "Ghost House Rave".

9 days to wait is nothing. That time alone will flash by, seriously. Plus, you will be in school during the time so that will also pass the time. 9 days is not a big deal. Familiarize yourself with a set of tools for that day, then work on the next day. Simple as that.

Also, you can pre-load the game if you're going digital. Unfortunately, it's only for North America (Canada, United States, and Mexico).

I'm getting this on Christmas, so when all options are available, the break will be done lol.

Yeah but there's people who wana play with it all Day 1. :p

My take would be for each 30mins of course creation you'll get a new set of things. Sure you have to play longer, but that should be enough time to familiarize yourself without having to wait a day for new stuff. :p

ALSO I Probably should getting it now if I can pre-load it digitally, although I did start to consider pre-ordering it physically because of the extras you can get out of those...

Still unsure. Might decide by the end of the month.

Do you mean the artbook? Even if you do get the game digitally, you're still getting the artbook digitally, as well. You're not missing out on anything if you download, except for the disc, box-art, case, and physical version of the artbook. There's also bundles with the Wii U and/or the classic Mario amiibo, but there are no word if these are ever coming to North America.

What is this "Super mario Maker media" community? How did people get their hands on the game?
Review copies.
Theys end them to popular websites like Nintendo Life, Polygon, Eurogamer, and popular YouTube Channels like GameXplain, etc.
It's kinda early tbh. BTW in the community people put codes in their posts, so that probably a way you can share stages via Miiverse.
