Hi everybody how are you?
I will have 20 Ememies, 10 Bosses, 5 stages, 4 Power Ups, 3 Characters, and 2 games. For enemies I will have Phanto, Shy Guy, Pokey, Spike, Nipper Plant, Ptooie, Angry Sun, Chargin Chuck, Sumo Bro, Eerie, Skeeter, Whomp, Amp, Crowber, Kab Omb, Cheep Chomp, Broozer, Boomerang Bro, Waddlewing, and Jelectro. For Bosses I will have Birdo, Wart, Boom Boom, Reznor, King Boo, Dry Bowser, Mummipokey, Lakithunder, Koopalings, and Bullies. For stages I will have Subcon, Underwater, Desert, Snow, and Sky. For Power Ups I will see Frog Suit, Blue Shell, Penguin Suit, and Super Acorn. For Characters will see Peach, Daisy, and Yoshi. And finally the Games will see Super Mario Bros 2, and Super Mario 64. For DLC in Super Mario Maker. > ;)

Ummmmmm, why would we have DLC? It wouldn't make sense---instead there might be updates, but DLC makes no sense.
Also, SM64 levels would take literally forever to make because they are so big with tons of exploration and they have several stars/"exits". SMB2 doesn't really blend in either because it has several different items and enemies.
Like it doesn't even have the Fire Flower, or even the most common Mario enemies, like Goomba, Koopa, and Bowser.

Also, why would we have extra characters when we have all the amiibo?
No offense, but tbh it seems like you haven't seen the latest info.

Has gaming come to the point where people talk about DLC before the game is released?!?

Oh yes unfortunately there has been discussions on paid DLC before a game is released. It doesn't make any sense to me, I don't see why it's necessary to discuss the possibility of DLC before release.

I can see them doing free downloadable content after release if they haven't said anything about it. Like adding a new unusual object here or there to maintain interest in the game a little bit.

Refer to: Yooka-Laylee, which if people had spent enough money into the kickstarter, there would be DLC.(And i'm pretty sure it was met if you were wondering about that...)
There's still DLC for Yooka-Laylee. The way it works for that game, according to the staff of Playtonic Games, is that DLC will only be created after the main meat of the game is fully complete. They did say DLC will be free to backers of the Kickstarter, otherwise you'd have to pay.

Now, back to Super Mario Maker DLC, I don't think there will be DLC for Super Mario Maker. Sure it seems like a huge game, but they're doing everything they can before release. Actually, DLC for a level editor game does not make sense at all, unless it is actual levels that you could download from others (but obviously you cannot edit those).

Vip already said this, but Playtonic says it's DLC they create after the main game is released that would be free to backers, completely different from here.

If Super Mario Maker ever does get DLC, I completely expect it to be like Splatoon, as in free updates.

It's happened before. Mighty No. 9 is one of those games.

I was talking about real Nintendo-made games.

In terms of DLC for Super Mario Maker, I would have it like such:

SMM Pack:
4 Elements (Gold Block, 3-Up Moon, Star Coin, Poison Mushroom)
5 Enemies (Chargin' Chuck, Swooper, Boomerang Bro, Fire Bro, Ice Bro)
4 Power-Ups (Hammer Suit, Mini Mushroom, Super Acorn, Penguin Suit)
Game Style: Super Mario Bros. 2 (JP, All-Stars version)
Course Styles: Desert, Sky/Athletic, Forest, Snow-lands

So now non-Nintendo games aren't real?

Fan-made games from Kickstarter aren't.

Mighty No. 9 isn't a fan made game.
You have no idea what you're talking about.
Mighty No. 9 was created by Keiji Inafune, the creator of Mega Man and ex-Capcom developers at a company eh created called Comcept.
Don't try to talk about something you have no knowledge of.

Yooka-Laylee also isn't a fan-made game.
It's being developed by ex-Rare developers.

Here's what I would like to see as possible DLC:

-First Pack: This first pack gives the Super Mario Bros. 2 graphical design, as well as adding Desert and Snow levels as backgrounds. Added objects/enemies include: Grass, Turnip, Mushroom Block, Subspace Potion, Key, Locked Door, Shy Guy, Snifit, Cobrat, Phanto, Birdo (Boss like Bowser/Bowser Jr.), Boomerang Bro., and Angry Sun. All objects/enemies listed can be used in other graphical designs.

-Second Pack: The second and final pack adds the Super Mario Land (a mix between both Super Mario Land games) graphical design, as well as adding Sky/Athletic and Space (which uses low gravity) levels as backgrounds. Added objects/enemies include: Super Carrot, Fire Blocks (can only be broken with a Fire Flower), Donut Block, Sky Pop, Sub Pop, Fire Bro., Bombshell Koopa, Chargin' Chuck, Sumo Bro., and Boom Boom (Boss like Bowser/Bowser Jr.). The player can now also design Sky Pop/Sub Pop levels from Super Mario Land, which are exclusive to that graphical design. Super Carrots are also exclusive to this design. Everything else can be used in other graphical designs.
