Awesome. Looks like the problem is fixed. Turns out it was a problem with a cache plugin.
2 things - recently I seem to have a problem connecting to this site sometimes (using a special browser to do this right now)

Our host apparently had Vip's IP blocked by their firewall. Yoshiman, your IP is fine according to our host, so your issue is different from Vips.
And it's not the first time, either. It was odd on why this was done. Trust me, I'm not an evil or a bad person.SuperZambezi said:

Yoshiman don't blame your modem, it's kinda weird how you get blocked if you live in the same country as the host
