Steam

[SuperZambezi]

I just got Steam and I am liking it very much. Too bad I don't have any games to go with it. All I have is Team Fortress 2 but only for this weekend. I would like to get some games but I need to get a better computer than can actually run the games.

Do you have Steam? What games do you have?

I, unfortunaely, do not have Steam. I probably will not show any interest in it. But I do know that TT has Steam...

Yeah my friend told me about that and now I'm pissed that I signed up too late.

Steam is doing this thing called "Perils of Summer" where each day they have about 8 games have huge discounts. Today GTA4 is 5 bucks and I want to get it but I have a question about the online thing. I tried posting at yahoo answers but go no answer and I have to wait for an admin to approve me over at the Steam Forums. Here is my question :

Does the Steam version of Grand Theft Auto play online with those of the Windows Live Version? GTA 4 is 5 bucks on Steam today and I wanted to get it but will I be able to play online with my friend who plays with Windows Live? Thanks.

Hopefully someone here knows.

Triple Post but I just want to say that I did end up getting it for 5 bucks and that it does use a windows live account to play online. The only problem is that my laptop sucks and I can tokay a single game on it so I have to wait until I get a better computer to play.

I have Steam but it's currently down for some reason. Plus, it lags like hell.
