Sonic Colors

I played the demo on the Nintendo channel and it looks really weird but playable.

Demo, eh? PERFECT! When did Nintendo let you download Nintendo Wii demos through the Nintendo Channel? Or are you talking about the Nintendo DS version? ._.

Contrary to Tails' voice in Sonic Adventure 2: Battle, where it was horrible, this is a huge improvement.

Uh, that's probably his best voice.

January 2011 GameInformer issue came out. It really got me thinking that SEGA should focus more on handheld games then Console games. The Wii version was rated 7 out of 10 and the DS version got a 8.75 out of 10. It tells me the console version of Sonic games are deteriorating but the handheld games still show hope for future Sonic games.

I was thinking of getting this game for Christmas, but I'm stumped by which version to get. I don't think I want both at once, maybe one at a time... Some say the DS version because it has better reviews, but I'm unsure. Should I get the Wii or DS version for Christmas?

I have the Wii version and it's pretty good. I would assume that the controls are easier on the Wii than the controls on the DS but they both have their pros and cons. It is a hard decision to decide which version though but I would get Wii. It's your choice though.

Hmmm...*still has to try that Sonic Colors Nintendo DS demo* Well, the Sonic Colors Nintendo DS version is somewhat reminiscent to the Sonic Rush series. Sort of making me to recommend the Nintendo Wii version rather than the Nintendo DS one. Don't get me wrong, Sonic Rush was pretty darn good, but if you look at Sonic Rush Adventure then back at Sonic Colors Nintendo DS version, I dunno...

Oh, and if you played Sonic Unleashed and loved the day stages and wished for more, than I would highly recommend Sonic Colors Nintendo Wii version.

Got the Wii version for Christmas. So far, I got through the first world, and it seems pretty easy. I managed to get two A ranks with ease. But an S is a different story. It would seem that I have to return for later. And I found 7/180 Red Rings so far. The game play is okay, though. However, I do like the cut-scenes.

When I saw the cutscenes I thought they were going to be cheesy but they were actually quite funny. Some were cheesy but not too cheesy.

I'm gunna have to admit.

This is one of the GOOD Sonic games since Sonic Next-Gen, in my opinion. I've tried those other ones the past years they've been making Sonic games and they were just horrible. I gotta give Sega a high-five with Sonic Colors.

By the way, I'm talking about the Nintendo Wii version.

I love how some of you people judged the game before playing it, also the Wii version (most of the time) was better recieved, in my opinion, Nintendo Power gave the best review, as they don't acknowledge "Oh it's to kiddy!" and such.

Sonic Colors Wii: (9/10) Gameplay, Graphics, Music, Cutscenes, and Visuals praised. Some Cheap Deaths and Somewhat short length critisized.

Sonic Colors Ds (7.5/10) Gameplay, Cutscenes, and Music praised. Critisized for short length.
