Or it's probably a new stage of development for Super Mario Galaxy 2. It certainly won't be Zelda Wii as it's not going to be developed until way into the Summer.
 
I still think it's either BETA stages of Kirby's Tilt 'N Rumble 2, Other M, or Super Mario Galaxy 2.

Development kits of a "DS 2" are apparently being made already, which means that a DS2 rumors are beginning to make sense now. Now, to just wait until GDC to see if they reveal it.

A DS2 is what Im guessing it is. Maybe a new trailer for SMG2 and Metroid will be there too but the DS2 will be the main thing.

More exciting information. According to not only the DS successor being in the hands of developers, and many other trusted sources, The Pokemon Company has their hands on the new DS2. Could this mean that Pokemon 5th Generation will be introduced to the public via DS Successor?
