And I think he also means 3:00 pm PDT, 4:00 pm MDT, 5:00 pm CDT, and 6:00 pm EDT. Otherwise, it'd be an hour later than the displayed times. You don't use "standard time" when you're using Daylight Saving Time between late Winter and mid-Autumn in the United States.
