Should Pokemon introduce new types?

I'd like a new type, since it would make the next gen slightly more fresh and maybe give the ghost/dark typing a weakness.

Ghost type DOES have a weakness alreadyark. Dark types weakness' are Fighting and Bug types.

Ghost is also weak to ghost.

I'd like to see more unique type combos. Electric types in particular as most of them are mono-typed.
