Secret Santa Survey

[cookieboy17]

Ok, I decided to make this topic just in case some people were stuck with what to do for the person they have or needed some extra info but didn't want me to ask the person they have because that would give it away. So basically this is a little survey that everyone participating should fill out so that their Secret Santa can get a good idea of what they like and other important info.

This was completely jacked from Nintendo City since I'm too lazy to make my own topic, but yeah I encourage everyone participating to fill out this survey, kinda like sending your letter to Santa about what you want for Christmas this year.
