I'm playing this right now and I'm trying to make my ultimate park. I never seem to finish it, but now it's the time. I'm going to make a
Park with good rides (roller coaster mostly) and great scenery.

On rct2...

Do you do the ones where you have unlimited expenses?

I have around 36 coasters in my park. It kicks ass.

I have 101 Handymen and 58 Mechanics.

I see no point in the Security Guards since they don't do jack s***. Seriously, have any of you hired one? They don't do anything.

Same deal with the Entertainers.

No, Security Guards are a waste of money. But I do hire at least one Entertainer. Most of the time it's the Panda.

Security Guards are supposed to keep your benches and stuff from getting destroyed. But it costs like $5 to replace them.

I loved number 2 (hehe); seven years ago, me and my friend would spend most of the day playing it. I recently bought RC2 again with all it's expansions (one purchase for like $20) but not all the parks are there :/ The one with unlimited expenses was my favorite just cause I could build whatever I wanted (never would pass the actual mission though). I think I may uninstall it again later and give it ago once I crave it again.

My favorite thing would be making all the music to Rock 2 (I think). I always wanted to extract it and put it on my iPod those years ago when I was doing videogame music, but never did it I found somebody else's files, but of course they recorded the actual game with screams and stuff. And of course the Water Ride music was awesome.

And the point of Employees is to set a route for them Otherwise nothing would get done. I make one janitor per two rides. Cant be super long distances or it would be too much puke to clean up at one end and it would just pile up.

They should have made a category dedicated to all the unlimited expenses missions. Those are easily the best ones because you're not dealing with economics.

Speaking of which, my school actually uses RollerCoaster Tycoon for Business Math classes for them to play. I guess they are supposed to be either learning how to spend money or how to build an amusement park.

That music was so awesome, and it still is. That's the modern theme or something like that. I also liked that egyptian theme. But I only putted that music for the magic carpet ride or egytian themed coasters. :/

I actually think that is "Rock 2" that I was speaking of haha. Pretty sure that's the default for that attraction.

One of the few games of my childhood. Anyone else play this game? And I'm talking more of the first game than the other two.
