Polar's Mario Party! Winter Wonderland! (Sign Ups!)

The last two PMP's were a complete fail, but now after long thought, I am ready to make the game return! I am 99% sure nothing will happen to my computer so it will not be cancelled!

Here is the board: It's called Winter Wonderland.

It plays like a Mario Party 3 board with new spaces.

Blue: +3 coins
Red: -3 coins
Propeller Mushroom: Fly to another Propeller Mushroom space!
Bob-omb: Start a battle for 0, 10, 20, 30, 40 or 50 coins.
Mushroom: Get a free item! (Items from MP3)
? (Happening Space): An event will happen depending where you are.
Lightning Space: Go to the Lucky Route.
Bullet Bill: Start a due.l
DK: A good event will happen.
Bowser: A bad event will happen.
Dry Bowser: He takes a star from everyone
Blue with coins: Pass this space and recieve 3 coins.
Boo: Steal coins from someone for free or a star from someone for 50 coins.
Volt Shroom: Pay 20 coins to go to the Lucky Route.

If you really think about it if everyone has at least a star it won't really change anything. For example:

Mario: 3 Stars = 2 Stars
Luigi: 6 Stars = 5 Stars
Peach: 4 Stars = 3 Stars
Wario: 2 Stars = 1 Star
