Pokémon X & Pokémon Y

[Toadette]

New Pokemon: Doublade, Steel/Ghost evolution of Honedge.

And image:

A little disappointing. Seems like it'll be another Klink/Diglett/Magnemite-type evolution, but I like the new pink coloring!
Also, the way the blades cross in the center makes it look like a shield. Perhaps there'll be a 3rd Evolution that implements a shield?

Wait is this serious??

ROFLMAO I thought this was a joke at first... wow. Interesting stuff.

[Timmy]

Well, my bet on it having Levitate for its ability was wrong... turns out it has No Guard for its ability instead.

So it's weak to Ghost, Dark, Ground and Fire... (Note that it's weak to the former 2 since Steel lost its resistances to Ghost and Dark lol)

[AbsolPowers]

Hm... it's fine, I guess. I wasn't expecting Honedge to get an evolution, but I guess this one is fine. I don't think we've had a pokemon that looked like a single-evolved pokemon get an evolution except Scyther and Onix.

[7MightyKarts]

Doublade looks nice. It's good too that Honedge is getting an evolution.
I mean Honegde alone looked a bit weak.

Guys this is seriously less than 2 weeks away. For realsies. So excited!

Also why is it out on a Saturday? Weird. At least its not a Sunday though, Sunday releases are the worst.

[Justin5267]

I'm pumped but kind of worried. I've got my Highschool's homecoming game the night before, and then that Saturday is the homecoming dance. Then that Monday I have my first draft of my ethnography due.

It's kind of coming out on one of the worst weekends possible, but I'll be downloading it midnight still, hopefully getting a good amount of time to play.

That's probably the only perfect time they could do it worldwide. I don't know, they probably planned it out from the beginning. Wanted everyone to get the hands on it on the same day, just hours difference. And I'm lucky, having free time that weekend. No college class for me Monday morning!

For me it's even worse. I only have three days of school and then two weeks free.
I have nothing to do in the last days! ;_;
Okay, it's not like I have really NOTHING to do.
But when you're going to school days fly by, don't they?

I had zero trouble getting Pokemon Black on day one. It shouldn't be hard to get a pokemon game.

Marching Competitions from 6:30 am to 11 pm... I'll maybe hit up WalMart before just so I can play it on the bus rides.

Perorimu: Fairy evolution of Swirlix

Perorimu: Fairy evolution of Swirlix

Spoiler: Furefuwan & Perorimu

Also, a new Mega Evolution for Charizard was revealed, called Mega Charizard X. It's exclusive to X Version, is Fire/Dragon, has an increased attack stat and the new ability Tough Claws, which boosts Physical Moves.

Spoiler: Mega Charizard X

[Yoshiman222]

...too many too soon... DX
Why does there need to be 2 for some...?

Gah, now I just hope I got the right version for the Venusaur, saying they're going to make an X and Y version of all Kanto starters...

...but hey - Fire/Dragon Charizard is what I've wanted since Gen. 1.
...though I got Y... but still.
I wonder if Shiny Mega Charizard X is red. =P

My local GameStop called me last night and said they will open early as 9:00 AM PDT on Saturday, October 12, 2013, to celebrate the launch. I'm going there at 9:00 AM PDT sharp! Yay for playing it a bit earlier than normal!

As of me, I guess I can get it around 8:00AM at the earliest and I might have a chance to try it the day before too (I don't know for sure though).

I can barely contain myself anymore. I'm seeing the commercials on mainstream TV and the entire world is only ten days away!
