Phoenix Wright?

Ok guys, so I stated this in the CBox earlier, but imma post it here for good measure.

So, earlier, I had an epiphany. I was thinking about a new activity, that has NOTHING TO DO WITH MARIO PARTY! :D

Anyways, this would basically be based off the Phoenix Wright game. You're a new attorney, thrust into a case. You're presented with all the necessary info, and the evidence needed to win, but you must be logical. Too many mistakes, and you've lost the case. You listen to your defendant's story, and of course, defend him against the plaintiff, and the prosecuting attorney. Then, you listen to the plaintiff/witness' testimony, and point out what is wrong with their statement by simply exploiting a hole, or providing evidence that proves one or more of their points wrong.

For example:

Witness' testimony: I used the land-line phone to call the police at exactly 1:00 PM after finding the murder victim dead.

You: OBJECTION! I have right here a report from the hotel building stating the power was out from 11:00 AM to 4 PM that day.

I just have to work out the flaws, and think of a story. I would like to know what you guys think of it, and if you want, some ideas. Thanks in advance!

Go ahead, but we need the penalty system as well.
Yes, I thought of that.

For those of you who don't know the penalty system, here's an example.

Witness' testimony: I used the land-line phone to call the police at exactly 1:00 PM after finding the murder victim dead.
You: OBJECTION! *Hands up attorney badge*

Judge: Uhm, this has nothing of importance to this case. I'm sorry, but this isn't acceptable.

Once you hit 0, you lost the case.
