Wario Land 4 was definitely well made. Super Circuit even though bad quality, the music was still rememberable to me. Mario Party 4 and Mario Party 5's music had some memorable ones.

When I think of nostalgic game music I think of the fifth generation of gaming and below.

I'd say Super Mario 64 had some really good songs. Same goes for those Sonic games.
