New Rule Change To Double Posting

This is rule is now - no double posting. It is considered spam. Updates are not subjected.  So Updates are now fine. Obviously if you post an update 5 minutes after one they will be merged. This is more for a topic that didn't get a reply since yours and new information has come out.

Ok that's a Good Rule. It happens to me sometimes...I really need to Post something but the last Reply was me so...yeah. I like it.
