Gmod: Hammer represents the ban hammer, as Gmods have ban power.
Admin: Rainbow Star b.c. Admins are hypothetically invincible on the forum...
Administrator: Millenium Star for rarity and legendary status. Enough said.

From what I can remember, 10,000 posts or something is Mario, and beyond THAT is Party Star or something like that.
