New GMod and Mod

[H-J Kaabii]

As SZ said elsewhere, we've decided on promoting two positive and committed members to more senior positions.

First, Real Hammer Bro has been promoted to Global Moderator, in recognition of his great work (forum, not school ) ethic. VIP and I are really confident that RHB can fulfil his duties well.

Second, the Moderator of Video Games (which was vacated with RHB's promotion) goes to Yoshi1, an active member who shows great initiative, and I believe can show assertion and force when needed.

Congrats to both of you!
