More Blog Upgrades - Site Links

[cookieboy17]

The great yet dysfunctional brain of Cook has struck another idea. Would you guys be on board with hosting some of your personal links in your blog? Now to explain myself further, it'd show up like this:

It's basically creating a sub-board for your blog. But that sub-board will simply serve as a link. As you can see, I have a link to my Youtube account, and if you click it you will be directed to my YouTube channel. That link can be whatever you want it to be, like a DevianArt, a Twitter, whatever. As long as you don't get link happy it's all good.

It would lead to more useless re-direct boards, though. But I think this is a useful addition in a way that more members can find more information about them. Like SpiderStaryu's YouTube channel would be useful. Sometimes, it sort of defeats the purpose when we have videos related to Mario Party that's already on the site or something like that.

As for Twitter or whatever, eh, it's fine. Though members would be stalking members a lot.

Yeah I'm not a huge fan creating a bunch more boards but the concept should be good enough to outweigh that. I mean like I said don't expect to be link happy with like 8 different things, I'd rather limit this to 3 though 5 would be a real maximum if someone needs to push it that far but who really has 5 links to stuff about them.

Sounds good. Since most people access Blogs via the button, you won't see the child board bit unless returning from sb's blog topics.

I'm in for this. Let's see, Twiiter, DeviantArt and Youtube, yeah I'm good.

I like this idea, and tell me if those links work.

^Not sure if you Twitter link fully works, part of it is white instead of tan.

And I noticed that Snowy's redirect boards just leads us to the main index.

Ah, the "#!/" part wasn't needed. I can see it now.

Probably cause you aren't signed into a twitter the extra part didn't work for you, I believe that extra part has to do with the "new" Twitter even though its really old now.

[H-J Kaabii]

Done.

@Spirit - want ur Last.fm up? Also what's your YT?

[Snowy620]

When I click my links, they just lead to the homepage on this site.

@Snowy - blame Cook for not putting http opener. I'll fix em now.

@Spirit - only if you want to so I'll leave it alone.

[AegisReflector]

Can someone change my blog description to this?:

Welcome to the Nuddles Shop! Sit down and have a cup of Nuddles while looking at a scenic view of Yuri and Aegis's pecker.
