Well we need to establish when everybody will be on and what stages will be accepted....
First reasonable stage to reject - Maka Wuhu - UNLESS everyone agrees to NOT do the glitch.
I agree that while Maka wuhu should be eliminated, the glitch makes this course way too short. I promise not to cheat btw. I do not remember if there are any other glitches in any of the other courses.

Rock Rock Mountain is probably one of my favorite courses and I don't want it banned. I don't recall a glitch on there. Rosalina's Ice World has one at the beginning to where if you use enough mush rooms up the really sharp turn you can skip it completely.
There aren't really any other courses with a glitch.
DK Jungle and Koopa Cape have a difficult one that requires you to shroom into an odd Lakitu checkpoint, thus skipping part of a section.
GBA Bowser's Castle 1 has a shortcut that requires you to hop onto the wall then dive into lava, respawning on the other side of the course.
Those are glitches since that wasn't intended.
Rosalina's Ice World has a gap jump shortcut.
Rainbow Road has two gap/turn jump shortcuts (which are pretty major).
Dino Dino Jungle has a fly over the wall shortcut.
Cheep Cheep Lagoon has a gap jump shortcut (very small though).
And most other shortcuts involve offroad. :U
Those can be pretty cheap as they involve no Mushrooms, and are likely unintended by Nintendo. Still difficult to perform. Most require a specific set of parts in order to succeed. :/

But nothing involving stupid Lakitu respawning.

How about...March 31st? It's a Saturday and it's during Spring Break. I'm busy until the 29th due to my mother's doctor appointments and going to the Denver Auto Show with my friend.
