Welcome to a forum where many people talk about their favorite Nintendo things, which also goes by the initials MPL... What? What is this "Mario Party Legacy?" I'm talking about the Mushroom Kingdom's #1 forum for Toads, the Mario and Peach Legion, of course! One day, in the "Activities Hub" section, one user known as A_c_c_j_12 (who, interestingly, is made up of two different people, Amplify and Quickta) posted an interesting topic idea; a Mafia game! Many eager Toads, such as LucinaFTW and RafalPork, jumped to sign up. Then their game began...

Contestants:

Town:
Mario:
You, ______, have picked number _, for which you have received...
Mario! Once per night, you PM me a person you wish to know the role of, and I will tell you. You win if all mafia members are killed.

Peach:
You, ______, have picked number _, for which you have received...
Peach! Once per night, you PM me a person you wish to heal, and if the mafia attempts to kill them, they stay alive. You win if all mafia members are killed.

Toad:
You, ______, have picked number _, for which you have received...
Toad! You do nothing at night. You win if all mafia members are killed.

Parakarry:
You, ______, have picked number _, for which you have received...
Parakarry! Once per night, you can PM me a message that can be sent to whoever you wish. Your identity will not be told unless you tell them if you think it will help. You win if all mafia members are killed. As this is a new role, feel free to reply to this PM if you have any questions.
Mafia:
Boo:
You, ______, have picked number _, for which you have received...
Boo! You discuss with King Boo on who to kill each night. You and King Boo have a secret chat found here: {Link to chat, not shown now} You win if all town members are killed.

King Boo:

King Boo! You are the head honcho of the mafia and the final decision maker on who to kill each night. You and Boo have a secret chat found here: {Link to chat, not shown now} You win if all town members are killed.

Lakitu:

Lakitu! You act as Mario, but for the mafia side. You PM me a person each night, and I will tell you what role they have. I will report your findings to the Boos, but they do not know who you are and might end up killing you! I will tell you who the Boos are, though, which I will PM you with once it has been decided. You win if all town members are killed. As this is a new role, feel free to reply to this PM if you have any questions.

What gives? Why hasn't the game started yet?
 
As several Toads woke up, they checked the Legion to see that it was Day 1! The Boo Toads, however, could not decide on a kill, leaving it to a randomizer.
Bowser498/BowWow894 was killed. He was Parakarry.
The town Toads now knew they were in trouble, with two mafia and two town remaining.

It is Day 1. Everybody can talk freely, except B498. With 4 alive, it takes three to lynch. Note that if no one reaches three votes, the most votes will be lynched.
 
Okay... so there's 2 good and 2 bad people. I would say No Lynch, because we don't have any suspicious activity yet, but if we don't lynch anybody on Day 1, the mafia will kill a townie during Night 1, and it'll be pretty much impossible for the town side to lynch mafia the next day. Even if we managed to lynch a mafia during Day 2, the other mafia will kill the last townie during Night 2...

So, unless I missed something somewhere, we have to take a risk and lynch someone.
 
Sorry to say something, but it is now impossible for the town to win, UNLESS they kill a boo this phase, and then Peach REVIVES somebody on Night 1. Then the town MUST get a boo on Day 2. If the town doesn't do this, they automatically lose.
(just saying, but this is one reason why we should've started on Day 1)

Actually, we have a chance to win without reviving (and we can't revive BTW (I think)). If we manage to lynch a mafia during Day 1, and then Peach protect someone during Night 1, then the town can win.
