Luigi's Ghost Mansion ~ it just looks like a really awesome 5-player game with the ghost trying to get the plumbers!
(They are all Mario. Luigi, Wario, and Waluigi based on their colours, I know it!)

Luigi's Ghost Mansion, for sure. It's completely different than the others, and it's in a maze full of rooms. It really could give you scares and thrills playing the game.

Oh yes, this, I agree. Though I think it would be a bit more fun if you had partners with you, tagging along the whole time, not just temporary.
