Welcome to the game of MPIRX! The game is currently in progress, so all the players are basically ready to play! If you're new to MPI, I suggest getting some info on the Lounge, here. You can post in the Lounge too if you have any questions or comments. Also, I'm putting the basic item FAQ here, so players, if you're confused with items or with anything, look here first on what to do! About MPIRX
Now, to the game! MPIRX plays similar to Mario Party 3, and has taken certain elements from past MPI games. In simplified form, you go across the board filled with Spaces to try to get Coins, buy Stars, and boost your Heart Power. The goal itself is to have the most Stars by the end of the game, if people have a similar amount of Stars, then it comes down to Coins to see who wins. Get Coins from Spaces and Mini-Games! Use Coins to pay for Capsules, Items that will help you achieve victory! Make sure your Heart Power is always at a fair level, as it goes up, good things will happen to you! The game is a lot more complex than ever before, but hopefully this leads to more strategies, more control, and more fun! Mini-Games
We now have interactive Mini-Games!! That means more fun! If you have AIM/Skype, that would significantly help for us to play the Mini-Games.
You will also need the program Paint (or any art program). So as long as you have one of those programs for talking and for art, then you're set!
Spaces
Here are all the Spaces on MPIRX, There's a total 24 Spaces (27 if you count the variations ) for you to land on and affect the game. Some Spaces are more common than others, some Space's effects are stronger than others, here's the list of what each Space does! Read from left to right (in row order).
Blue Space: Get 3 Coins.
Red Space: Lose 3 Coins.
Green Space: An event of some sorts will happen.
Bowser Space: Bowser has something planned for you, and it's not good.
Miracle Space: Starts Chance Time, where 2 people will swap Stars/Coins.
Lucky Space: Get taken to a route to win Coins and a free Star.
Warp Space: Choose a player, and warp to their location.
Capsule Space (Question): Answer the question to receive multiple, random Capsules.
Capsule Space (List): A bunch of free Capsules are presented to you, choose one to keep.
Parasol Space: Pass this and you could take a shortcut on the board, costs 10 Coins. Landing here you will get 5 Coins.
Fresh Space: Boost a Bonus Star Stat of your choice.
Heart Space: Share a gift with a friend. You won't know the gift until you say who you wanna share with.
Weaken Space: You will lose -20% Heart Power.
Miss Space: Choose an opponent and make them miss a turn. If they already moved, they'll miss next turn.
Wish Space: Make a wish, as long as it's on the acceptable list, it will come true. Anything ridiculous is ignored.
Oasis Space: Get a boost towards a Bonus Star stat of your choice.
Rhythm Space: Play a Rhythm Mini-Game.
FirstAid Space: Get 30% Heart Power.
Cancel Space: Anything that has just happened to you this turn will be cancelled.
Fan Space: Whether you pass or land on it, you will steal 5-25 Coins from a player of your choice. Also, landing on it starts a 1-Player Mini-Game.
Birthday Space: Next Turn, everything your opponents earn will be given to you.
Passing Events
These events are represented on the board by a pink arrow. When you pass them, you can talk to the person who runs that event. The most common events are Shops, Boo, etc. Passing the Pink Arrow DOES NOT count towards your Dice Roll. Capsules
Capsules is one of the fascinating Item Systems in MPIRX. Capsules can be used on yourself to give you a boost, to harm others, or to affect the board gameplay. Using Capsules is important if you wanna win the game. Capsules can be got by passing the Capsule Space (only IF there's a machine near it), landing on the Capsule Spaces, or by visiting the Capsule Shop (Prices never change). The prices shown is for the Blue Capsule Shop/Purple Capsule Shop respectively. You can hold up to 5 Capsules in your pocket at once. Bonus Stars

Here is a Original Board created by me, man, this has been in the works for a long time now (Actually made December 2011 XD)
STORY: DOOM'S CLOSEt takes part in the closet room of a young Yoshi kid... the family of Yoshis have just moved here in the peaceful Mushroom Village. They were unpacking their luggage and putting their stuff in the proper room, in the house, they noticed a lot of creepy notes stating "DOOM'S CLOSE", When they were unloading Little Yoshi's stuff, they noticed an eerie sign on the closet stating "dEaTh iS nEaR, iF yOu eNtEr hErE...". The Yoshi mom and dad thought this was just a cruel joke, so they opened the door gently, and, AHHHHH! What they found; a devastating, nightmare filled boardwalk right inside their little Yoshi's room. This was just unacceptable, the closet seemed to link to a darker place... a scary location filled with demons, pink Boos, zombies lurking around, eerie tunes, and much more... No one knows how this closet is able to warp here to what it's known as "DOOM'S CLOSEt", a dark, Hell-on-Earth sort of arena. Many theorize that the people who built this house had something to do with this, but senor villagers who have visited this house have stated that there was never a portal before... There's also a rumor going around that someone tried to build a little resort filled with happiness and fun for all, but it got corrupted... by who now? That's why you brave superstars are here, with the amazing mystical Heart power, and of course, the power of the Stars; we can send this place to it's grave for good and restore what it truly was so the Yoshi family (along with everyone in Mushroom Village) can have peace of mind! Along the way, we will decide who is the best amongst you all, so have fun, and watch your step...
