Basically, the water bottle will already be filled a certain amount. It could be filled 10/20/30/40/50/60/70/80/90%, but you won't know how filled it is, you'll just have to make your best guess and fill it as much as you can. You can fill it anywhere from 10% to 90%, you can only use numbers in the 10 sequences (so you can use 10/20/30/40/50/60/70/80/90 only). Hope that made sense (it's really easy, I just thought I'd explain it more in case the rules didn't explain it as much!).​
