Go downwards, go right, see what's at the item shop and land on the blue space(the one right after the start space.)
Edit: I was actually hoping to lose more than 10 coins from Bowser because I'd pass the bank space and land on Bowser again, leaving me with 0 coins, but I'd get coins from landing on his space because I'd have 0 coins :p
 
Dark Boo: yes, you go backwards this move. It doesn't matter for the turn order, though, since he used the phone before your turn anyway.
