I rest my case, Yoshi pretty much sum it up

Yeah, I even have an example of him not being smart with his cards. On turn 16(page 16) Columbo was going to land on Socc's Bat Card space. Caleb could've placed his Pit-Sword Card over Socc's space, therefore, Caleb would've gotten 1/2 of Columbo's coins and not make everyone besides Socc lose coins
