Mario Party 9 Characters

I hope it's not Kamek. I prefer to see him as a mini-boss.
But, since he's on the box art it's difficult to tell. ;l

Kamek has a huge likeliness to be the final character. Why? If you look on the box art, you can see Shy Guy and Koopa holding a Mini Star and are next to Bowser. Also, on the left side of Bowser, Kamek is there, near the 2 others. But then again, we could see Toadette to be playable. If Kamek were to be playable, the roster for tag teams would look like:

Mario/Luigi (brothers)
Peach/Daisy (Best Friends)
Wario/Waluigi (Brothers)
Yoshi/Birdo (they are boyfriend and girlfriend)
Koopa/Kamek (because they are both koopas)
Toad/Shy Guy (just the 2 remaining characters.

But then again, we could see 13 or 14 characters.

I still don't think it's kamek. Kamek doesn't fit in the mario party serie, man.

I think they might throw a curve ball and be like Yea Rosalina is playable now or Magikoopa or the last spot going to Miis.

Also Goomba has no hands and runs slow. So he shouldn't ever be a character. I just want them to bring in some unexpected characters like Pauline, Plum, or someone from Mario's past.

I agree, they revived Birdo who now features in basically every Mario Spin-Off so why can't they revive other characters.

Yeah I think Pauline could use a kinda revival. I said kinda because she was in the later Mario Vs Donkey Kongs. But some people I think need a revival are The Koopalings, Mr Blizzard and E Gadd. I can see the Koopalings working as a space and Mr Blizzard has been in Mario Party but he was no where to be seen in Mario Party 8 their was only his little snowman in a minigame, E Gadd kinda iffy but he needs more spotlight.

Pauline only fits in Mario vs. DK games not mario party, also noone really nows who she is she has only been in like 2 games. :s

If your a real Mario fan you should know who she is! She was the first Lady Mario saved and I could see her fitting in perfectly in Mario Party. Since no one knows the first leading lady it should be a major reason to bring her back.

No, no, and no. Pauline is never going to be anything more than the damsel of distress caught by Donkey Kong. No one cares that she is the first lady, her role got overtaken by Peach ever since SMB.

I don't mind seeing Pauline again (it is nice to see that she made a recovery of some sort). Though I don't see her playable immediately in a Mario Party game. Perhaps both she and DK could co-host a board?  I'd like to see her make an appearance; however, a playable appearance just seems unlikely so soon (though I must admit that she has her chances so I respect that).

In the case of Rosalina, I see her better off as a host of a Galaxy themed board. Her calm nature and mother-like personality makes her more fitting for that type of role. She could be playable though I still don't see it (we had Blooper before, so we may as well expect anything from this game).

Toad with Shy Guy? It makes more sense to pair Birdo with Shy Guy instead (SMB2 enemies) and have Toad with Yoshi (like in the latest spin-offs). Regardless, I still do believe that Toadette is the hidden character, so let us see how it all turns up.

I don't know what to say about Kamek; however. It seems more likely that he will be assisting Bowser in the final battle if anything (like in NSMB Wii).

I have no problem with Pauline maybe she could host a board like make a board that she has to get saved from maybe thats where donkey kong comes in??? idk i hope DK isent a boss but you never know right!!! they most likely took out classic!!!!

Pauline wouldn't be bad, but unless a new game with her in it I doubt she would appear.
