I'm glad that Bowser's Castle from 64 was back. It was one of my Favorites.

As everyone else been saying that Battle Mode sucked, I agree, though I only play Battle Mode to raise the Battle Game count in my records.

MKWii Battle Mode sucked because we can only play in teams... and we can't select our teammates!

Wi-Fi for this game is weird, yesterday I played 3 hours without disconnecting, then I just bored and quit. Today I don't even get to play 1 match because it always disconnects. Both times I tried connecting at 3:30.
I never play battle mode on wi-fi. It's too frustrating, with opponents getting triple red shells and you getting bananas. It's too much luck based.

Maybe it's because the opponents you had on that day had lag or something? And I don't even play the battle mode, I just play the Mario Kart DS battle mode. I can't decide which is worse, the "ballooon" battle or the coin runners, because both are pretty...embaressing. And I might be the only person ever to say this but I actually think Battle Mode is more fun than Racing (if I want to race I play Grand Turismo, not get hit by a red shell 4 times in a row only in Mario Kart Wii), which makes it more dissapointing for me.
I hate the fact that they took off invincibility after you get hit. Once I went from 1st to 12th like 20 feet away from the finish line, because I kept getting hit by shells and bullet bills and falling off the bridge in DK's mountain. I didn't even have time to recover!

I just reached 8659 points. I also unlocked the Mii Version 2. I also found that there is a really helpful shortcut in the DK's Mountain
I haven't really played a lot on it, I just don't really like the drifting on this game.

The tracks and characters in MKWii are great, but 150cc is insane. But Mirror is less insane than 150cc IMO somehow.

Why not at least players allowed to choose the CPU characters for their team if we must battle in teams?

I really liked this game. Though 150cc is hard even though I've unlocked all the cups except for Special. Who I've managed to unlock so far:
