Mario Kart 8 DLC Pack 2 predictions

If you guys could predict the tracks and karts or anything else you could think of for the next DLC pack for MK8 what would they be? My predictions are:
Crossing cup:
SNES Mario Circuit 4
GBA Bowser's Castle 4
Goomba Metro
Animal Crossroads
Bell Cup:
GCN Baby Park
3DS Neo Bowser City
Haunted Treetops
WII Toad Factory
Karts/Bikes/ATV's: Rex Wheelie (Bike) Bumble V (Kart) Fruit carriage (Kart) Dry Bounder (ATV) Apple slices (Wheels) Leaf glider (Glider)
Oh and more mii outfits for pack 2's update
 
Tracks I want to see in the DLC:

N64 - any (with some exceptions),
GBA - Sunset Wilds
GCN -  Wario Colosseum, Bowser Castle, Rainbow Road
DS - Waluigi Pinball, Airship Fortress
Wii - DK Summit, Mushroom Gorge
7 - The two Wuhu Island tracks

If some of these make it in the second DLC pack, I'll be very happy. :-D
 
Hey David, I moved both topics you made into the Mario series board. Just saying to make sure topics about Mario games are here in the Mario series board. :)

Anyway, onto to the to the topic at hand. I'm going to just list 4 retro courses (2 for each cup). So, I think Mario Kart 8 pretty much showed us that even courses that have been used previously as retro courses, can be used again. I can totally see GCN Mushroom Bridge being used again, along with N64 Choco Mountain. I think those courses can be changed into a MK8-style pretty well. I mean anything would be an improvement from the MKDS retro, flat, boring courses. :p

For the other 2 courses, I'm going to pick 2 that have not been remade yet. One course I have to list, is one of my most favorite Mario Kart courses of all time, Wii Daisy Circuit! I really adore this course, I don't know how well it could be translated into Mario Kart 8 however... that might be the only problem I can think of. But look at GBA Mario Circuit, look how well they handled that, so if they can do that, I'm sure they can give Daisy Circuit a great remake.

The last one I have to be remade is DS Bowser Castle. This Bowser Castle was badass, this would totally be perfect for a MK8 remake. The one thing I remember so well about this course is that spinning metal bar, that I remember so many people would always fall off. It be so cool to see that again, I think they can handle it well.



To sum it up: GCN Mushroom Bridge, N64 Choco Mountain, Wii Daisy Circuit, and DS Bowser Castle.
 
I can't really predict Nintendo's choices, because Nintendo is so unpredictable :p
So I'm gonna tell the retro ones I want:

GBA Ribbon Road
NGC Mushroom City
NGC Wario Colosseum
Rainbow Road (NGC, DS, Wii or 7) Maybe DS, because it got loops and it would be perfect with the antigravity mechanic. :D

I can't wait to get the 2nd DLC ;D

Bell Cup:
1. Wiggler's Enchanted Forest
2. Wii Toad's Factory
3. Peach's Palace
4. Magma Mountain
Animal Crossing Cup:
1. Banana Kong Temple
2. 3ds Neo Bowser City
3. Animal Crossing Avenue
4. Bowser Jr's Electric Arcade
Tire: Bell Bonker          Glider: Tree Glider
Vehicles: Egg 2, Bone Basher, Bell Bike, Royal Racer
And the bonus: Mow Wow bike :-D
If those aren't picked, they're going to be the ones on the Mute City sign.                                       
Some backup retros: Wii DK Summit, DS Bowser's Castle, 3ds Maka Wuhu, DS Rainbow Road, GCN Wario Colosseum
 
I've put some thought into this before.
Looking at the first DLC pack, we got Mute City as a course, as well as a Blue Falcon kart.
Now, around the same time, we also got amiibo compatability, and a few of the mii costumes aren't actually from the Mario world.
...One of those being Captain Falcon.

So, seeing that, I speculate that we may get something related to Metroid, Star Fox, and Kirby--or, at least two of those.
I can see us getting a Kirby course, Samus's Gunship kart, and Arwing vehicle, potentially.

Those are GREAT ROBIN! Also the reason I have 5 retros and 3 nitros is because the last DLC pack had 5 nitros and 3 retros, I wanted (and thought they might) balance the list of past and new tracks :p

Two reasons why I disagree, Mow Wow.
1. We need more nitros; people like them more than retros!
2. The last pack had 3 retros; that's a lot for dlc! I'll say 2; GCN Wario Colesseum and Wii Toad's Factory.
Eh, it'll probably be either 5-3 or 6-2. ;p
 
I'm pretty sure there's gonna be more nitros than retros, tbh. And thanks guys, BTW :p

And I got a few more ideas for new courses:

First: A track similar to Grand Canal in MP7. Most of the time, the racers would have the choice to go whether in the water or on the road. Maybe a shortcut on the roof of some houses. Shy Guys on gondolas could be some obstacles.

Second: Taking the idea of M4E, the Goomba Metro. Starting in a city (like New York), and then go down in the subway. Most of the time, people would have to switch between the 2 tracks, because of the trains. At the end of the course, racers would exit the subway and return to the starting line. Maybe only 2 turns, because it could be a long course.

Third: This one is a bit unrealistic, but still cool, IMO: (M&L:piT) It would start in Peach's Castle, then the players would go to the backyard and take the portal (the racers would fly like in a cannon with the yellow/red effect of M&L:piT (like Waluigi's Pinball, for instance)). Then, they would arrive in Shroob Castle and make pretty much the same way than in Peach's Castle BUT the castle would be a bit destroyed, so, most of the time, the racers would have to go on walls and ceilings. The racers would have to return in Peach's Castle after that.

And fourth: (M&L:piT again :p) Basically, Gritzy Desert, and then to the Koopaseum and then to the Gritzy Caves. No turns, only a big track (Like Mount Wario).
