Mario Kart 7 and Super Mario Galaxy 2. Proved by IGN's 9/10 and 10/10.
Mario Strikers Charged, Mario Kart Wii and Mario Kart 7. Strikers for cheap AI. Both Mario Karts for very shallow multiplayer, a ruined balloon battle mode, no CPUs for online and others.
I think MKWii was atrocious due to the crappy courses and characters, the karts were pretty junk too.
