Today is the American holiday Labor Day! Doing anything special today? For those outside of the US, do you have any similar day somewhere in the year?

I'm not doing anything special, just gonna do the usual stuff, eat, play, go to the bathroom, chat, watch movies...
Every Labor Day I go out on a walk across the Brooklyn Bridge and to the South Street Seaport to relax near the sea and explore boats.
Normally I don't do anything but today I'm getting paid to sit on my but and do nothing. Hooray holiday pay
Pretty much just preparing for the start of school, just trying to get in routine.
Not really doing anything today, just had my mom's home care nurse come over and change her bandages. She invited my mom and I to travel to Haiti later this year (or next) after she moves back and gets unpacked. Her mom (age 90+) is suppose to be an excellent cook and makes the best fried fish, so I can't wait to go. It's gonna be the first time out of the country, as well as out of Colorado, so I'm pretty hyped. :-D
Besides that news, I'm probably gonna play some games...nothing too special.

I am useing the day for geting better.
I hung out with my friends, since today is my last day before school. It's night for me now. So school is pretty much here. :-\. But I'm Exicited to see some school friends!
There isn't much to enjoy on this day other then having a day's break.
