Kirby's Epic Yarn

There was already a topic of the same name in the Nintendo board.

The game was neat, and it was also easy. I already got through the storyline, but I've yet to get 100%. In this Kirby game, you can't technically die, you only lose your beads and your streak.

The thing is, since it's easy, it might be a waste of money, but if you're a huge Kirby fan, then definitely buy it.

I got my copy for $30 on release.

Yo, G-MODs/ADMINs, you gotta merge this with the other Kirby topic I made in the Nintendo board: http://www.mariopartylegacy.com/forum/index.php?topic=3219.0

Anyway, i'll probably get this for Christmas. =P
Well, you can do it, since you're a G-MOD again.

Sounds like you won't because of "=P." :p
Oh yeah, I completely forgot XD

Thanks for reminding me. =P

Kirby Casts On a Disappointing UK Chart Debut

Did delay hurt sales?

Kirby's Epic Yarn finally made its way to Europe last week, having been available in North America since the end of October, but its first weekend of sales in the UK don't make a strong case for the delay helping sales.

The game completely failed to dent the all-formats top 40, landing in the Wii-specific charts at number 9, behind Donkey Kong Country Returns and one place above Disney Epic Mickey.

Sadly the game's UK launch event didn't help the game's fortunes out, but is the real reason behind its underwhelming performance more to do with the long in bringing the game across to Europe?

Wow. The delay really did hurt the sales. I'd imagine if Europe had this by the time Holiday 2010 Season started, they would have more sales. This long delay wasn't worth it.

I honestly thought this was a great game. One of the better Wii titles.

However, that narrator was so goddamn horrible. :p
