You guys serious? I'm disappointed! There was no topic to discuss KH3D. I figured that at LEAST Aegis would make a topic, but whatever.

Anyways, KH3D is the newest game in the series. Having already been released in Japan, it's to have its western release July 31st. If I had a 3DS, I'd be all over it.. But sadly, I don't.

Other than the PSP game I stopped caring for these handheld games, I'm only want to see another entry in the main series with 3, but that seems terribly unlikely at this point.
Well I'm stopping myself from looking at any Japanese playthroughs as to not have spoilers, but this may be another story game, explaining more stuff with the story, sort of like all the other handhelds kind of were.

This.

It actually moves the main story along. I already know how it ends, though.. ;~;

AN APOLOGY WOULD BE NICE.  :'(

Anyways, I am sooooo psyched for it, mostly because the gameplay footage looks kickass.

I usually don't preorder games, but I'll make an exception to get this  edition.

Honestly, if you started with this one, the story would just confuse you to no end. If you saw like all the story from all the games then it makes sense. The main confusing thing that happened was that they went and added tons of FF themed story things that connect to like every game, like if you played the first one, it all makes sense. But then you play the other games and the story wraps around like everywhere. So yes the story does get pretty confusing.

I hate that they are kind of overshadowing Disney in favor of adding more and more FF shit that isn't needed. I mean, yeah, you can balance it out between the two franchises, but just don't have a FF themed storyline with mere Disney environments. That's what I liked the best about KH1, and is my favorite out of the entire series.
