Whenever it's losing your form in Skyrim, Death Mountain in Zelda 2, wing damage in Star Fox, spies from TF2, Aztecs from Goldeneye, losing your ability in Metroid, GTA police, Alia being annoying in Mega Man X5, Bowser in the Mario Party series, or Blinky's mech from Pac-Man World 2, there is always a moment of PAIN.

Ice Levels that have multiple small jumping points. If I had a quarter for every time I made a jump, slid on the ice then fell off the next platform... I'd be a very rich woman.

Getting your wings clipped in Star Fox is a real killjoy. Also I hate when bosses in RPGs have a really rare item and there is only a small % of them dropping it.

DAMN PSO is like that
The rare enemies have a RARE item drop which has it's own PERCENTAGE with respect to the rare enemy themselves
It's rather ridiculous too

you don't know true suffering until you go hunting for the Sword of Kings in EarthBound. It has a 1/128 chance of dropping.
