It's time to reveal my most hated character ever. This character is so repulsive that he makes all the others in here look like angels. This character is so despicable that he makes even the devil himself stare in horror. This is a character with everything that can possibly go wrong with a character. Let's bring out this total abomination! And they call him...

1. Dr. Weil
This abomination has caused so much death and destruction that it's downright disgusting, and he has relished every second of it. I mean, where do I even begin? He assumed command of the Neo Arcadia Army, replacing the three Guardians, and searches for the Dark Elf, which can control Reploids. He shoots a missile containing Omega and the Baby Elves to a heavily populated human settlement! He then destroys Copy X, frames Zero, and uses Ordinance #8 to become ruler of Neo Arcadia. He is responsible for the murder 60% of humans and 90% of all Reploids! In fact, he was the one that corrupted the Mother Elf, turning it into the Dark Elf in the first place! He was punished not by death, but by exile from Neo Arcadia because the judge Reploids were his creations! Soon afterwards, Weil exacts revenge using Omega and the Dark Elf to control Reploids everywhere, with only X, Zero, the Guardians, and the Resistance to stop him. But it gets even worse. Weil now rules Neo Arcadia with an iron fist, labeling anyone opposing him a Maverick, human or Reploid. He sends the Einheirjar Eight Warriors to destroy everything in Weil's way. He created Ragnarok to destroy Area Zero, a refuge place. Craft tries to destroy Weil by firing Ragnarok at Neo Arcadia. However, Weil is still not dead because he was given the power to regenerate prior to the events of Zero 3! What follows is the breath of relief as you finally bring this bastard down! Of course, that comes with a price: the death of Zero. However, his influence still continues in Biometal Model W in the ZX series! I wish he'd just stay dead! His actions, his sadistic personality, his manipulative nature, his high lust for power and destruction, his belief that controlling everything is the ultimate joy, and his utter contempt for ideals such as justice and freedom make Dr. Weil, without question, my most hated character in all media. And you know what the worst part is? The absolute worst part is the theory that such people exist in our own society today. Think of history's most hated figures. Hitler. Stalin. Mao Zedong. Napoleon. People like this who desire nothing more than power and control. It's people like this who bring despair upon the world and completely disgust me to the point of utter hatred.
