If you remember these challenges from DK64, all the terrible memories are probably smacking you in the face as you constantly fall off the race track. The races with this beetle are punishingly difficult and far from fun. You have to collect 50 coins and beat the beetle to win. Not only that, but you lose coins whenever the beetle hits you and the gargoyles shove you off the track. And ugh, his laugh whenever you lose makes the Duck Hunt dog sound pleasant. What's this? "You're too slow!"? Looks like someone's a Sonic wannabe.

This guy is a total pain. He manipulates witnesses, hides evidence, and tries to run the case himself. He killed Gregory by shooting him in the heart due to Gregory catching him forging evidence on another case, resulting in a penalty that stained his record. Also, he tases Phoenix in the evidence room.

18. The Doctor
This guy is just so repulsive in many ways. After he gets the Demon Crown, he terrorized his assistants, almost killing one of them, and then kidnapped the Mimigas. He then searched for red flowers that make the Mimigas turn crazy. He then stored the flowers' energy into a crystal. Once he is first defeated, he loses control and becomes an excruciatingly hard boss. Once that is defeated, he possesses the Undead Core and mutates both Sue and Misery.

Anyone who has heard of King of Fighters knows what I'm talking about. This is the madman that made the tournament what it is. This is the sadist that made a deal with the devil for the sake of power. This is the bastard that refuses to stay dead! This! Is! RUGAL!

This guy the bane of existence in all of KoF. His actions are downright deplorable. He encased his defeated opponents in statues. That's sick! He also brainwashes Joe's father and pits him against Joe. Then he pulls off an Orochi. But the main reason he's on here is because of his notorious amount of difficulty to beat! I swear, if they bring him back in the next KoF game, I will lose my respect for the series!

This guy treats his family harshly. He took over the Zaibatsu and imprisoned his father below a temple to die. He also threw his son Kazuya off a cliff and taunted him to come back up. Once he defeated Kazyua in the second tournament, he threw Kazuya into a volcano! He also uses his grandson Jin as bait for Ogre so he can capture the beast to use it as power. He sees his financial empire as means for power, and he will stop at nothing to get more of it. If he sees you as a threat, even if you're a family member, he will kill you.

This guy attitude is just heinous. He ditches the group to save his own hide, then kills Fiora while controlling Metal Face. And he did that to try to steal Dunban's reputation as a hero! His death also sucked.

14. Hazama/Relius Clover
Hazama just sickens me. He cuts off Ragna's right arm, burns the church, betrays the Six Heroes, taunts Rachael, trolls Noel causing her to become Mu-12, insults everyone about how messed up their lives are, and is an annoying boss. Relius Clover is also despicable. Morals and humanity mean nothing to him. All he cares about is his research. He was involved in Lambda-11 and Nu-13. Also, he turned his wife and daughter into machines! The worst part is that he thinks humans are merely "things." Some people just love to hate both these guys. I just hate them!

How many was can I think of as to why I hate this guy? He's a coward, he never shuts up, he hides behind an endless supply of minions, and he tries to smite James Bond by luring him into a tiny platform. He's such a pathetic villain that he doesn't shoot James Bond when he points his gun at him in the movie. He just boasts about how better than Bond he is. If you hate Bond so much, don't talk! Just f

Reaver stands out among all of the hateable characters in Fable 2. This guy has no remorse. He will kill you simply for looking at him. 11. Galenth Dysley (aka Barthandelus)
The leader of the Fal'Cie, he has Lightning's group marked as l'Cie, captures both Sazh and Vanille, and lures the others to Palamecia to confront him. He then turns into his true form and an annoying battle then happens. He then reveals that the focus of the l'Cie is to destroy the Cocoon. He then manipulates the party, taking form of Serah, using Cid as a puppet ruler, and puts you through two more annoying battles before he is defeated. He wants the Cocoon destroyed because he wants to revive the Creator. When a villain is manipulative, borderline genocidal, and refuses to die, that leads to a lot of hate!

This thing is not needed at all in Ocarina of Time. Do we really need an annoying owl to tell us overly long speeches about things that we already know? No, we don't, especially when you try to end his speeches, only to have them start all over again. You'll be seeing this owl many times on your adventure, which means you'll be hearing his rambling over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over and AAAAAAAAHHHH!

This guy expressed everything that a bad politician would do, climb up the ladder using any means necessary and not admitting mistakes. He was given a ton of money to fund the machine even though it was incomplete. The test backfired, killing several people. And he becomes England's prime minister? Furthermore, Bill has Clive arrested even though he apologized. And by the way, both of Clyde's parents died in the explosion! Dimitri lost his purpose, Clive lost his parents, and Layton lost Claire all because of this tyrant!

This fat, furry bastard is the ultimate cheap-stake. He takes every opportunity to grab your precious gems, doing it countless times. You have to pay him to advance further and free your partners. And just like any cheap-stake, he manipulates you out of your cash. His voice is annoying. At one point, you get to beat that bear up, getting your money back. SWEET REVENGE!

This pig is a backstabbing, self-indulgent, disgustingly annoying mess of a character. Everything he has done is motivated by his huge sense of greed. He betrayed Star Fox, causing James to be kidnapped and nearly killing Peppy. He does everything in hopes of getting paid. His voice? UGH!

This guy is beyond a narcissistic jerk. He steals your footage of jumping of a roof over a helicopter between two hotels, 40 stories up, risking your life. He steals it so he could be "pro" instead of you. Then he smashes a tank into a Russian building and frames you for the action. You have to pay $700,000 of damage, you get demoted from a pro, and you're stuck in Russia for a long time. If you have this game, beat it so that you can see him get punched in the face!

There's a lesson to be learned from Shadow of the Colossus; if a spirit talks to you, don't talk back. It's likely the embodiment of pure evil talking. The demon in question, known as Dormin, promises to resurrect a girl if all 16 colossi are killed, and Wander, out of desperation and love, trusts this scary-sounding demon. There was a price. The spirit of Wander was possessed and Wander was killed right in front of the girl. When Lord Emon seals Dormin, Wander is turned into a baby. It turns out Dormin resurrected the girl after all, as a baby! That was a real sadistic move on Dormin's part.

He believes that he is the one in charge, that everyone must worship him no matter what they want him to do. He has the mentality of an immature, bratty kid. He has so many actions that causes so much psychological harm to Lucas, it's downright depressing. He is responsible for the deaths of both Hinawa, Lucas's mother, and Claus, Lucas's brother. However, Claus is resurrected and brainwashed to being a minion of Porky's. The final battle of Mother 3 is brother vs brother, and when Claus breaks out of Porky's control, the result is downright shadowy. All of what Porky has done is just pure evil. He is truly the ultimate cause of tragedy in Mother 3.

Say hello to the most expected character on this list, and boy does he deserve the hate. He's a rich corporate f
of a kid, he dresses up like a complete fool, he has huge buck teeth, and he has one of the most annoying voices I have ever heard. This guy has his henchmen do all the work for him. Shouldn't he do the killing of his own if he's rank 1? But the worst part is the fight. The first form is very easy, but then it gets a difficulty spike in the second form, where he starts teleporting across the room, pummeling you with an endless barrage of almost unavoidable punches! Let me stand up! Once the second form has less than half health left, he starts spamming the hurricane punch that is almost impossible to dodge. If you're between a hurricane punch and a window, you get knocked out of the window and die instantly. And, then form 3. A giant parade float. This is lame compared to the fight with Henry. You may think Jasper is easier because of his huge size, but it becomes difficult to fight close when he starts punching you from anywhere in the room! And when you finally kill Jasper, it's not a satisfying death at all. He dies with a huge grin and shows no sign of agony!
