My favorite Sword of Justice. Design? Awesome. BST of BST of 580, Justified, and a good movepool with Close Combat, Stone Edge, X-Scissor, Rock Slide, Earthquake, Toxic, Sacred Sword, Rock Polish, Swords Dance, Quick Attack, and Substitute? Powerful. What a strong ox.

18. Jirachi

Depending on the way you look at it, Jirachi can either make you marveled by its cute appearance or make you want to tear your hair out from getting hax'd. With a BST of 600, Serene Grace, and a good movepool with Wish, Iron Head, Protect, U-Turn, Body Slam, Thunder Wave, Toxic, Trick, Ice Punch, and Fire Punch. It is a star in Jirachi: Wish Maker.

16. Latios

The blue jet plane dragon eon has a BST of 600, Levitate, and a good movepool of Calm Mind, Psyshock, Dragon Pulse, Surf, Thunder, Roost, Draco Meteor, Grass Knot, Hidden Power, Light Screen, Reflect, Memento, and Dragon Dance. He is one of the stars of Pokemon Heroes. Blue Blur, Blue Bomber, and now Blue Eon?

15. Ferrothorn

Bungee, bungee, bungee-wungee-fungee, here we go bungee, come on! This durian has a BST of 489 (131 of that being Defense, the highest of all Grass-types), a unique typing in Grass/Steel, Iron Barbs, and a good movepool with Spikes, Power Whip, Gyro Ball, Leech Seed, Stealth Rock, Protect, Thunder Wave, Bulldoze, and Explosion. This is one thorn of a wall.

14. Latias

Latios was the blue, and now we have the red. With a BST of 600 (130 of that being Special Defense, the highest of all Dragon-types), Levitate, and a good movepool with Calm Mind, Roost, Dragon Pulse, Thunder, Psyshock, Roar, Refresh, Substitute, Draco Meteor, Grass Knot, Hidden Power, and Light Screen, Kyogre would be in a world of hurt. Latias is one of the stars in Pokemon Heroes.

13. Mew

The Original Being. It has a BST of 600 and Synchronize. This may not seem like much compared to other legendaries, but Mew has the second-largest movepool, after Smeargle. It played major roles in both Mewtwo Strikes Back and Lucario and the Mystery of Mew. Also, look at it and tell me that isn't cute. Even Time Man can't resist smiling!

12. Breloom

This kangaroo mushroom has an amusing appearance, a BST of 460 (130 of that being Attack, the highest of all Grass-types), Technician, Poison Heal, and a good movepool with Low Sweep, Mach Punch, Bullet Seed, Spore, Stone Edge, Swords Dance, Force Palm, Leech Seed, Substitute, Focus Punch, Stone Edge, Seed Bomb, and Facade. Now time to spread those spores!

. THAT IS A LEGENDARY POKEMON. Zekrom has one of the most intimidating looks ever. And if you add a BST of 680, (150 of that being Attack and 120 being Defense, the highest of all Electric-types), a unique typing in Dragon/Electric, Teravolt, and a good movepool with Bolt Strike, Draco Meteor, Dragon Claw, Outrage, Focus Blast, Volt Switch, Fusion Bolt, Substitute, Hone Claws, and Tailwind, you've got yourself a recipe for disaster.

10. Gengar

Meet the ghost of Lavender Town. It has a stylish appearance, a BST of 500 (130 being Special Attack, the highest of all Poison-types), a unique typing in Ghost/Poison, Levitate, and a good movepool with Substitute, Disable, Shadow Ball, Focus Blast, Pain Split, Hidden Power, and Protect. What a great ghost.

9. Hydreigon

Psue-do! Le-gend! Base-stat! To-tal! Of 600 and Levitate! 125 being Special Attack! Un-ique! Ty-ping! Dark-drag! Hy-dra! Highest of all nonlegendary Dark-types! (With a movepool of Draco Meteor, Fire Blast, U-Turn, Surf, Dark Pulse, and Head Smash. Now available at your local Poke Mart.)

7. Excadrill

This subterranean MONSTER of a mole that can drill through the thickest iron plates makes Major Burrows look like a Nincada, with a BST of 508 (110 of that being HP, the highest of all Steel-types) and two great abilities in Mold Breaker and the ever-destructive Sand Rush. Looking at its design, you know it means business. Considering its Attack is equivalent to that of Escavalier and even METAGROSS, it's no wonder that it's Uber. Its movepool is absolute destruction, being able to learn moves like Rapid Spin, Earthquake, Swords Dance, Rock Slide, Substitute, Iron Head, and Shadow Claw. Its name (coming from "excavate" and "drill") is one of the most intimidating Pokemon names ever. If you don't have something that can take out sandstorm, then this mole will tear your entire team apart.

6. Rayquaza

The most famous RSE legendary with an awesome appearance, a BST of 680 (150 of that being Attack and Special Attack, the highest of all Flying-types), Air Lock, and a good movepool with Dragon Dance, Outrage, Earthquake, Overheat, Draco Meteor, Fire Blast, V-Create, Extremespeed, Dragon Tail, Swords Dance, and Dragon Claw. It is also a boss in SSBB. No matter what game it appears in, it always leaves an enjoyable sight.

5. Mewtwo

"Who am I?" The most famous Pokemon aside from Pikachu. It was the star of the first movie, two anime specials, and the final boss of 4 Pokemon games. It has a BST of 680 and a good movepool with Psystrike, Fire Blast, Aura Sphere, Ice Beam, Calm Mind, Substitute, Recover, Taunt, Will-O-Wisp, Toxic, and Light Screen. Also, Mewtwo's anime role is one of the most iconic, being the star of Mewtwo Strikes Back. It went through gargantuan development there, starting as a tyrant that wanted to destroy all of mankind, but later starting to value both humans and Pokemon that are loyal. I'm sure everyone remembers the clone battle and Ash's petrification. This reminds us about ourselves, having torture, emotion, and manipulation. I can understand why everyone loves it so much.

4. Deoxys

Sweet Arceus. I love this Pokemon. This is probably the best RSE Pokemon I have ever seen. Born from an alien viral mutation, Deoxys is the obligatory alien. It can regenerate its body and change forms between Normal, Attack, Defense, and Speed. That is sick. Attack Form is the ultimate sweeper, with both of its attack stats reaching a maximum of 504! This beats Mewtwo and Rampardos! Speed Form's speed also reaches 504, beating Ninjask, Accelgor, and Electrode. Defense Form has the highest defenses of any Psychic-type, rivaling even Shuckle! Normal Form is meh. Deoxys is based on DNA. This is a unique concept, in that rather than taking myths and legends, it roots from something from our own body. Merging that with alien ideas and an appearance of a double helix, it is beyond genius. With its multiple forms, ridiculous stats, ingenious concept, awesome battle theme, and incredible design, Deoxys is my favorite RSE Pokemon.
