Spoiler

81. Jellicent

Look at this regal Nurarihyon with a little Pringles resemblance. Look at its BST of 480, Water Absorb, and good movepool in Scald, Surf, Will-O-Wisp, Toxic, Recover, Taunt, Shadow Ball, Ice Beam, Water Spout, Hydro Pump, and Energy Ball. Bow down to King Jelly.

This is one of RBY's memoriable forces.

This mysterious seastar shows its mystery through its BST of 520, Natural Cure and good movepool of Hydro Pump, Surf, Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, Rapid Spin, Recover, Psyshock, Trick, Scald, Rain Dance, Thunder, and Thunder Wave. Too bad Misty didn't use it that often.

Spoiler

77. Rotom

Rotom has an interesting concept. It can control numerous appliances for use in battle. This pulse of electricity can wreck havoc if one knows what they are doing.

Spoiler

76. Volcarona

Wow, a good moth for once. With a great design and concept, a BST of 550 (135 being Special Attack, the highest of all Bug-types), a unique typing in Bug/Fire, and a good movepool of Quiver Dance, Bug Buzz, Fire Blast, Fiery Dance, Giga Drain, Hidden Power, Hurricane, Roost, and Rest, it puts all other moths to shame.

Spoiler

75. Alakazam

The ultimate nonlegendary Psychic in the original RBY, Alakazam has suffered throughout generations until it got Magic Guard. Combine that with its BST of 490 (120 of that being Speed, the highest of all nonlegendary Psychics) and its good movepool of Psyshock, Psychic, Focus Blast, Shadow Ball, Hidden Power, and Substitute, and your opponent will have nostalgia attacks.

Spoiler

72. Sylveon

Just look at this thing and tell me it isn't majestic. Hopefully it will be a good Eeveelution to have.

Spoiler

71. Shedinja

Ah, the root of all Wonder Guard Pokemon. Its BST is a pathetic 236, it only has 1 HP, and entry hazards basically kill it. If you dare to try it, you can use X-Scissor, Shadow Sneak, Shadow Claw, Will-O-Wisp, Toxic, Protect, Heal Block, Baton Pass, or Swords Dance. Yeah. Purely for aesthetics.

FLAME SHIELD UP
#70

Spoiler

70. Charizard

Oh I can hear you Charizard nostalgia fans coming at me with your torches and your spears for not putting the dragon any higher on this list. To all of you whiners out there, please hear me out. On one hand, Charizard has a BST of 534, Solar Power, and a good movepool with Fire Blast, Air Slash, Focus Blast, and Hidden Power. On the other hand, the reason that Charizard is not any higher is because it's overrated, the most overrated ever. Nostalgia takes its toll on a Pokemon fanbase.

#69

Spoiler

69. Dugtrio

Whack a Mole, and make it triple! This trio has a BST of 405 (120 being Speed, the fastest of all Ground-types), Arena Trap, and a good movepool in Substitute, Hone Claws, Earthquake, Stone Edge, and Sucker Punch. DUG DUG DUG!

Spoiler

68. Jumpluff

Another Pokemon mainly for cute aesthetics, like Shedinja. It has a BST of 450, Chlorophyll, and a good movepool in Encore, Sleep Powder, Stun Spore, Toxic, U-Turn, Substitute, Leech Seed, and Protect. Still, this thing isn't made to compete anywhere outside sun.

[Yoshiman222]

...it's being updated so fast that it's getting hard to actually keep up with your choices.

And we all know Charizard can be overrated at times, but let's admit - it's still a cool Pokémon, isn't it?

Spoiler

67. Gastrodon

This sea slug looks amusing, and it has a BST of 475, Storm Drain, and a good movepool in Scald, Recover, Toxic, Mirror Coat, Earth Power, and Clear Smog. Don't bring in your Water-types around this slug if you want them to perform well.

#66

Spoiler

66. Abomasnow

Evergreen Yeti, what a sight it brings! With a BST of 494, a unique typing in Grass/Ice, Snow Warning, and a decent movepool in Protect, Leech Seed, Grass Knot, Wood Hammer, and Blizzard, one would try hard to escape the hailstorm alive.

#65

Spoiler

65. Venusaur

This rafflesia tuatra looks marvelous. With a BST of 525, Chlorophyll, and a good movepool in Growth, Sleep Powder, Grass Knot, Sludge Bomb, Hidden Power, Earthquake, Swords Dance, and Seed Bomb, it is a major thorn to anyone weak to grass.

[MQJinx]

#64

Spoiler

64. Lucario

The master of aura really means business. With a BST of 525 (115 being Special Attack, the highest of all nonlegendary Fighting-types), Justified, and a good movepool in Swords Dance, ExtremeSpeed, Close Combat, and Crunch, no one is safe from the power of aura. Also good SSBB fighting skills and a major role in Lucario and the Mystery of Mew.

This cool-looking cat has a BST of 525, Magic Bounce, and a good movepool in Reflect, Light Screen, Psychic, Psyshock, Baton Pass, Hidden Power, Calm Mind, Substitute, and Stored Power. Overall, my favorite Eeveelution.
