Facebook went public, so obviously they don't care about the people as much as pleasing their sponsors and stockholders. They are only doing this so they can milk off that "Timeline" theme and make people invest in the "future of social networking". Aaaaah, living in a Capitalistic society sure sucks, doesn't it?

Google+ is actually the one true social networking site that actually is good. But people are too stupid for change and they don't want to get off Fecesbook.
 
I'm not much of a fan of social networking sites, but yeah, that timeline is just plain stupid and annoying. I'm tired of viewing friends' profiles and having that crap up. I like it better when we can just view their wall and any comments; The timeline just gets in the way and makes it so I have to scroll down to check any posts.

But I rarely go on FB unless it's for Madden NFL Superstars.

Anyways, I'm not a fan of Facebook as much.  I rarely log in and do anything.  I usually do pokes and that's it.  For the Timeline thing, I guess it only makes your page fancier?

I use Tumblr more anyways.  :U  Then again, I'm not too active on Tumblr, either. lol
 
What the heck is the big deal about tumblr? I've asked this question millions of times but still. :p

I ask the same question and no one ever answers.. I don't see what the big deal is about the timeline. Personally I've never liked facebook, it's just where everyone is now. Personally I believe xanga was the best but those days are gone *sniff*

Well, Tumblr is a social networking site that allows you to upload photos. The reason why I have it is because my friends have it.  I like to upload photos, but you can't grab the link and put it as IMG with img tags around here . . .  Tumblr has the tendency of broken links of images, which sucks.

I really don't treat as if it's the best thing ever.

That's why I don't get why people use it. Their image hosting sucks compared to ImageShack or Photobucket.

I'm agree with you. The social networks are really improving, but sure, there are some people that don't like the improvements... as well of changes... For me, it depend what they are changing... there are things that I don't really like when they are changing, but for some others, yeah...
 
I don't even bother friending family/close relatives because all they do is bitch about my statuses being vulgar.

If they can't handle my free expression of opinion, me no friend them.  O0
