If you don't mind me asking...

[Snowy620]

Why is VIP still kind of on the Staff?

He resigned, but now he's an "advisor".

I think the staff is quite capable of making decisions on their own without VIP.

[SpiderStaryu]

Cuz he was previous admin. Though I don't know why he gets to be advisor... But I'm OK with it. =P

[Snowy620]

But then that isn't really fair.

Would you think it's fair if you're a new member, and someone who doesn't have the Admin or Mod tag was calling all the shots?

Either make him an admin/mod or treat him like a normal member.

[AegisReflector]

I see no problem with it.

[SpiderStaryu]

I see your point Snowy. Though VIP isn't telling any members what to do or anything, the only thing I don't like it when he says "PM me with any questions or concerns" cuz y'know, he's not a admin/mod so he shouldn't be saying that.

But otherwise, I see no problem.

[AegisReflector]

He knows the forum better than most of us, so he does have the right to say that. In fact, any Senior member could.

[Troll]

Pretty much what Aegis said

I see no problem with it.

[SpiderStaryu]

He knows the forum better than most of us, so he does have the right to say that. In fact, any Senior member could.

Obviously any member can answer questions, but concerns like members That need a warning shouldn't be a member's business. =P

[cookieboy17]

Yea this forum advisor thing is really stupid. Vip doesn't even give any real advice on the forum. In fact, one of the reasons why he was asked to resign by members is because he never had a real opinion, so making him a forum advisor really doesn't make any sense.

[SpiderStaryu]

Should we replace him? =P

[Troll]

Should we replace him? =P

We should give him your Gmod spot.

[cookieboy17]

Should we replace him? =P

Replace him for another useless forum advisor? I'm saying the forum advisor spot is useless, not vip.

[SpiderStaryu]

Should we replace him? =P

We should give him your Gmod spot.

lol. Looks like someone is still trying to get rid of me. Not happening boi ;D

I was trying to get a reaction, no need to be a dick. :/

I agree.

Insolence will get you nowhere, Wolf.

Im sorry, I react too much. =P

[Snowy620]

He knows the forum better than most of us, so he does have the right to say that. In fact, any Senior member could.

With that logic, I could pretty much run this forum, since I joined probably a few months after him, so I should have a better handle on it than any of you. v;

[cookieboy17]

Tovarisch was here before most of us he should be an admin,

[Snowy620]

Tovarisch was here before most of us he should be an admin,

Uh, no.

He'd be horrible.

It'd be like having Insani as a site owner.

[AegisReflector]

Did I say that any Senior member could have a mod spot? No. I merely pointed out that they can ask members to PM them.

lrn2red.
