You know, the hurricane thats going to maul the east coast. Its crazy though cause we've never had a legit hurricane warning in New York. I'm not sure how much the Bronx will get hit tho CNN has been talking about Long Island (sup boo and ether) and Manhattan more.

Heard about this. I believe it's currently Category 2 right now. It's passing through NY and Long Island, which could mean that you (though not in NY), Ether, Dark Boo, and Wolf could get screwed, but I hope nothing happens to you "forumers."

It's suppossed to be a weak category 1 by the time it gets to me in New Jersey. Still though, we're gonna get royally screwed.

Last time I heard 9 people lost their lives.

Thankfully the storm is doing down. Manhattan isnt going underwater. Its not good but its not devestating as far as flooding.

So that brings the death toll to at least 17, Irene's being blamed for at least 8 deaths along the coast. The worst is behind us at least, and oddly I still have power.

I'm glad that the hurricane is dwindling down, though. I have sove family on the east coast. It would've sucked if any died.

I got home on Sunday afternoon around 4 PM btw, not sure why I didnt post that. We got stuck in Jersey for the night since they closed off the highway leading to NY cause they're a bunch of idiots. It was kinda scary cause we were in this little town and they said it was gonna flood up so we had to haul ass the next afternoon after finding a hotel.
